IBS Kordial..slurp slurp untuk Raya!

Yoohooo! just nak bagitau nak raya raya ni..sesiapa nak order kordial yang banyak ke sikit ke.. silalah call my FIL ok. IBS Kordial memang yummy yum yum.. 

Haji Rahim 017-637 3387. Tapi kalau nak order banyak banyak tak kira la lepas raya ke untuk raya ke boleh je.. :-). I suggest beli botol yang 4 liter je terus sebab mesti cepat habis punya. My favourite flavour apple, strawberry, sirap ros & rutbir..tapi ada banyakkkkk lagi flavour lain. So kalau nak beli banyak sila-sila contact bapak mertuaku dia atas sana itu ya.

Anyhow, lamaaaaaaaaaa tak update blog..sebab tak banyak masa and lazy for sure. 
Dah masuk hari keempat puasa today. Alhamdulillah I managed to fast up to today at 38 weeks of pregnancy. Hopefully dapat full 2 weeks sebelum deliver the baby boo boo boo. Happy that my gal pal dah jadi mommy to a cute lil baby girl! 

Snail's pace of getting things done

Ok, I'm starting to scramble right now. Have not gone to recce the taskas or daycare centre for baby girl yet. Have not signed up for the ante-natal class yet. Have not purchased the breast pump.. I don't even know what breast pump I want to buy.

I wonder how it feels to break away from the baby and resume work while your 2 month plus baby is placed at a daycare centre everyday. Tiba-tiba out of topic. Uhuk uhuk! I'll cross the bridge when I reach it I think. Too early to be experiencing separation anxiety. Anyhoo, I keep on forgetting that we need to search for a daycare centre at our residential area. I stupidly did not book the spot at the office daycare centre thinking that later nanti ada space. All FULL. I'm on the waiting list.. which means, silalah cari taska lain ye madam! The only reason it's best to send the kiddo to the office daycare centre is so that if I go home late, I can bring her to the office (the centre closes around 6.30pm or so I think).

Have to make sure we find one before I explode. Really. We should.

Ante-natal class? I think I'll just register with DEMC for the class end of May. Too lazy to look around for others. Just want somewhere near to the house :)

I think I've become such a lazy bum these days. Boo hoo! Shopping pun tak suka apa kes? Luckily I've gotten baby girl some clothes for daily use and a few for jalan-jalan. My limit is - a dress or a pair of baju jalan should not be more than RM35. Kalau sampai RM40,50,60 tu memang I won't buy la. She's our first one but we need to budget for other expenses, i.e.: daycare, her monthly baby toiletteries, education fund (ececeh..education fund sungguh..jangan masuk mama's shopping fund cukup) etc.

RM60 for the pink dress and the purple dress (dont know what it's called). RM22 for the tshirt and pants. All for  3 months and above although I do think the pink dress is way too big even for a 6month old baby. 

No shopping fever..still?

We're probably the most laidback parents-to-be as we have not really completed 70% of things to buy for the baby. Have not even prepped the baby's room. Okay, might not even use the room since we're probably gonna spend more time downstairs or in our bedroom.

But we've bought a cot that can be used till her junior years. Bought it at Setia City Mall, at the store opposite of Mothercare. Can't remember the name. Priced at RM400 if I'm not mistaken. I didn't pay for it..daddy did, that's whyla tak ingat langsung harga.

The big investments tinggal:

Electric breastpump (I'll be working long hours in Oct..I wonder how I'm gonna cope with pumping and all..hmm..)
Playpen for downstairs
Cupboard for baby stuff
Car seat 
Baby carrier

Yang lain tu kecik-kecik tapi when you tabulate the cost mesti jadi mahal jugak. Think once we get all the above rasa dah okay kot. Like i said, the most laid back parents...hehe.. asyik kata nanti je..

blankness

Yeah, that's how blank my mind is right now. Have said this 1000 times and it's a basi excuse again. Really have not had the mood (now it's more like no time) to update this blog. It's not like anyone is reading it anyway..Lol.

About 4 more months to go. I have not been recording the 'journey' in this blog at all. So malas, plain and simple.. haha..I just have to find the right time and mood to do it.

By the by, we went to Sepang Goldcoast a few weeks back - it's a really nice resort and of course the price was 'nice' too! Will share the pictures and review (no promises though) soooooon.

Car insurance renewal..so what's new?

Oh boy. It's the time of the year again where I need to empty my purse and pay for my car insurance and roadtax. Bestnya kalau tak payah bayar insurance..lagi best if I don't have to pay my monthly installment.. Hehe.. anyone wants to volunteer paying for me? Please, please with icing on top? 

Then again, if you get everything for free then you won't know how to appreciate the value of having to fend for yourself. The feeling of being independent... priceless. tapi suka je sebenarnya kalau ada orang nak bayarkan..siapa tak nak right? :) 

Eventhough it's a myvi (so the insurance and roadtax is not superexpensive) but still, I always need to budget these things in. So January ni kena berjimat sikit.. i.e.: no spending on impulse. Well, I haven't done that lately anyway. More important things to think about now. 

Need to make sure that I have an xx amount of money by July 2013. At least that would be a comfortable level for me before.... anyway, I've started to shop at Jusco again. And my fave would be the one at 1Utama.. the clothes are sold at a bargain there. And the only reason I haven't gone there in a long time is just because I don't like to go to 1U and Bukit Raja. Anyhoo.. finally I renewed my Jusco card, both his and mine for only RM12. Our cards expired in 2008. Yes, that shows  how long I have not been to Jusco. Hardly went there. But it's back to being one of our must go places now. 

Okay, back to calculating the rest of my budget for this month. The important debts dah bayar dulu..phew! and I'm proud to say I've paid my Indah Water bill..woohoo! :)

RUN! There's a hungry monster!

Yeah and the hungry monster is me, myself and I. Nowadays I get hungry so fast.. for instance I'll have breakfast at 8am and then have some fruits in between and then have an early lunch around 12.30pm. But before I can even go out for lunch, my tummy starts making its own rock and roll song by 11.30am or so. 

And if that's not enough, I have to make sure I buy some food to eat in the office after lunch. The tummy needs a feedin' by about 4pm or so. How can? How can? I really feel like a monster. LOL.
Well, like my friends say, I should not be complaining. At least I can eat whenever I want without feeling guilty. Ye ke tak guilty? Boo hoo!

Anyhow, I have a very Melayu tekak nowadays..well memang orang melayu pun but normally I like to eat western food at chilis ke ape ke.. but I don't really care for those type of food now.  Spicy food is the bomb! and not so much of a chicken person now. I can even eat simple food such as telur goreng kicap with cili padi and ikan kembung goreng kunyit. That's how laid back I am now. Phew!  My SIL says tekak kampung betul.. tet! (might be sensitive to some people so please don't continue reading if you are..it's just a thang between us sistahs) memang betul pun, lagi best if dapat makan lunch at my kampung kuala pilah tu.. my aunts make the best kampung food man! Ikan sembilang salai masak gulai kucing kuning (siapa nak makan kucing pulak ni?) cili padi.. ikan sembilang goreng sambal ke, pucuk ubi masak lemak ke, kobis masak lemak putih ke..aiyooyoo.. I am salivating thinking of them food. Gasp!

Okay okay.. enough talking about food already. Hah! An entry specifically on food.. classic me.

Red baby Red!

Finally, the red one is here. Got it before the Xmas holidays.. hehe.. All I can say, I like the bag although I think I should have gotten the biggest size.

One of the cons of having using this bag is - there are no compartments. So for the time being there is a pile of stuff in my bag.. and it's a bit hard to find my car keys and house keys.. i have to rummage through my stuff to get to i.e.: my car keys or my house keys. Urghhh.. I know I can use a bag organiser but I don't think that'll work for me.

Anyhow, here's my baby.. RED HOT and awesome :)

Oh no. Darn it. I can't upload from this PC. Don't know why. Oh well.

The pic in google is a bit different from seeing it in real life. So you just have to imagine how nice it looks..hehe..
